If it is a local stock item, your product should be delivered between 24 to 48 hours within official work days.
If it is a wholesale stock item, it will be purchased from the factory or supplier, checked and shipped on the next available vessel using MyFoshi or other earliest shipping services. We work with those who agree to give us good price and good services so that the shipping part is outsourced to those who are able to serve our customers well.
We accept refund requests for products that you have ordered, but is not available due to last minute out of stock issues, delayed delivery more than 48hrs for local items (excluding holidays), and items where when it is delivered, you take a photo or video showing it is already broken. Refund requests for local items may take 3 to 7 days to process.
For wholesale items, we will be sending you photos of product before shipment where possible (as some products come already packed in pallets by the factory/supplier). As you can understand the wholesale process has different stages and once we have purchased a product from the factory/supplier, the product is non-refundable. After purchase the customer may request a refund if the purchased product stock is not available due to last minute out of stock notice by the factory/supplier. This will be informed within the first 24 hours upon receiving your order - within official working days in Malaysia (Mondays to Fridays). In this case, refunds are process within 3 to 7 days.
Yes — for wholesale orders only.
In the Maldives, monthly payments are usually handled either via BML EasyPay credit-card installments at participating merchants or via a bank financing facility (e.g., Maldives Islamic Bank personal financing). We currently support the bank-financing route for wholesale orders by issuing an official stamped proforma invoice/quotation you can submit to your bank. Bank of Maldives+1mib.com.mv
Add wholesale items to cart → Checkout and select “Invoice / Bank Financing” (or choose Cash Payment if that’s the option you use for manual invoicing).
Tell us your bank’s requirement (we’ll provide a stamped proforma invoice/quotation and, if needed, a supply confirmation).
Apply with your bank for their monthly payment plan.
Once approved, your bank will advise the payment method. We’ll process and ship your order as agreed (Malaysia export orders have longer lead times than local-stock items).
Notes:
• Card-installment plans like BML EasyPay are offered to cardholders at participating merchants and can be enabled by merchants via BML’s merchant services. We’ll announce on our site if/when EasyPay is activated for Nazaki Sales. At this moment it is not available. Bank of Maldives+1
• Retail (local-stock) orders are not eligible for monthly payments at this time.

For local stock items and delivery within Male' and Hulhumale area: We only offer this to our customers who have purchased with us more than 10 times within the last 4 months, and those that purchase with us regularly every month. Upon delivery, payment will be charged by card or cash. Item will not exchange hands until the payment is completed upon delivery. This is to avoid any unexpected inconveniences for all sides.
Yes, it is crucial/very important that the buyer is at the location mentioned in the order during delivery. If the buyer for any reason is unable to be there, they should contact us to let us know who will be there to pick up item, and give us their full name and ID number according to their ID. Items will not be given to anyone else without verifying their ID for security reasons.
